Address Changes

All credentialed individuals and firms must notify the Board in writing of an address change within 30 days. They should also keep their phone number and email address up to date with the Board.
Contact information can be updated by:

• Logging in to our online services and select “Update Contact Information.”
• Sending an email to customerservice@acb.wa.gov. Include in your email your name, credential number, and new contact information.
• Mailing a letter to the Board at: PO Box 9131, Olympia, WA, 98507.  Include in your letter your name, credential number, and new contact information.
